Bedtime Conversation: Papa is tired
As we were reading this book about Pinkalicious (don’t ask…), there was this page about her Mommy. So I just asked my girl…
Me: Who is Pinkalicious Mommy? … Pinkalicious Mommy is….?
She: This one! (as she points out correctly on the book)
Me: Good! And who is Yahn’s Mommy? … Yahn’s mommy is….?
She: … (quietly points to me)
Me: That’s right. And who is Yahn’s Papa? Yahn’s Papa is…..?
She: TIRED!
This gives me the license to snooze anytime.
